Skybridge Condominiums

The project is a $19m residential condominium complex in South Austin with roughly 120 units of varying size. The project includes a club house, workout area, basketball courts, pool & spa, outdoor ampitheater, volleyball courts, and hike/bike trail.

The project was organized as a ribbon of townhouse-style units surrounding a central park. The ribbon is ringed by a landscaped hike/bike trail. The design emphasizes shared green space and creates a sense of community by embracing a semi-private interior courtyard.

The monumental skybridge which connects the perimiter ribbon contains four ADA-accessible studio units.

Construction is currently under way, although an expected completion date has not yet been announced.
